Wrestling Banquet

At the end of wrestling, we put on a banquet to congratulate all of our athletes and thank our sponsors and coaches. We made enough food for 200 people. That included hand piping all of the cupcakes! Tough work, but it turned out beautiful and the head coach was so impressed he took us and the coaches (and spouses) out to dinner at the local Japanese restaurant! It was a lot of fun :)

Then we were taken out to dinner by our beloved head coach, Mike Griffen. Thank you Mike! We had a wonderful night :)
